I ask you, what's the matter with a mutually agreed upon barter system?.. you lend NIO $500mil. debt loan, and we give you a 10 year, 25% remaining niobium offtake agreement. (I haven't done the math on a 25% offtake) but in principle?
Seems like an ideal solution! TK have very deep pockets, they could write a bank draft for that!
