If VCPS can not get a reverse split and the app is several months from completion, then this stock is dead money for several months......UNLESS management has a deal up their sleeve.......I have thought for a long time now that the app was just a front. This company wants to broker deals to help fuel stock price appreciation. If you look at the board members bios, one has a history of being a top notch dealmaker.
