re cgra DD ----I did hear that all foreign investors in cgra bonds have no knowledge of "the internet" and buy the bonds blindly with no idea what they represent.Further----ALL NON-US BONDS are rated "pretend" as NO investment outside the US is valid.Hope this helps.
