My thoughts exactly. They just recently changed the portfolio section on their website to 'under construction', I suspect were going to see a blockchain/crypto JV sooner then later.

Also, in that interview earlier this year, he said they wanted to uplist to NASDAQ or NYSE in 12 to 18 months for liquidity, IMO it's not going to be a problem getting the pps where it needs to be for that once they do finally announce that JV.

All the low float tickers in the crypto arena are moving, this should be no exception, just very much under the radar right now.
