Anyone help clairify?

On the 29th if you own 10 vpor you would get x number of pubco shares in addition to existing 10 vpor shares.

Or 10 vpor shares reconciled with pubco shares and end up with 5 vpor and 5 pubco for example.

Thanks for any clarification.
