Based on the past, they've lost money operationally so those rip offs staved off bankruptcy or being completely taken over by debt holders.

Now I think they're going to start enjoying profitable quarters, something they weren't able to enjoy previously. They have a clean balance sheet and some cash and building backlog too.

Also, the Longview debt is gone. That alone made the company worth more than the entire current market cap IMO (almost $15 mill of debt wiped out vs a market cap under $10 mill currently and only had to issue a bit more than 3 mill shares to pay off the debt).

Still have to see where the annual comes in at to see if my thinking is right about the beginning of meaningful profitability.

Your arguments definitely held muster while the debt was still out there, but with the board changes, elimination of Longview debt, and cleaned up share structure I think you may do well to re evaluate.
