I'm trying to get Fidelity to remove this from my account but they won't!
They say:

Your Nct Group Inc have not yet been declared worthless. A security can be declared legally worthless only in the cases given below:

- The bankruptcy court has declared the company bankrupt under Chapter 7 or 11
- The company has no shareholder equity
----------------

This is unbelievable. How can I prove to Fidelity that the company no longer exists? They said they opened up a case to research this and still came back to me that they could not remove this from my account.
