Sentinel: Even if all of the failures were do to forces out of their control, they could have been upfront instead of stating imminent dates when products were supposedly shipping when they weren't even in production (Maycom, Hytek, Ody 1K). What about giving revenue guidance of $2.6 million and confirming it half-way through the qtr and then not even letting shareholders at the SHM meeting know that actual revenue was only $290K? I could go on and on.

Do you really believe management has integrity?
