KT, if anyone could explain to me what that phrase means:

As a result, we do have a soft backlog of business on top of what has been committed to, and our goal over the near term is to continue to convert the soft backlog to a committed backlog.

How can there be anything else then a COMMITTED BACKLOG. If something is NOT committed to then it is at best a forecast/expectation.

And the 70+Mil$ backlog that we ones had, how did it drop to 33Mil$ if it was COMMITTED? Did PPHM at the time announce backlog+soft backlog (whatever that is) as backlog to us? Artificial inflation that went wrong because the FAD Delays of Customer #2 and delays at customer #1?

How can we have suffered NEGATIVE GROSS MARGIN if contract in case of cancellation should AT LEAST cover 'idle production' time. Does Avid has INVENTORY that in embedded in there. In the end one could think they bought basic stuff needed for that production and that is not lost.

I CANNOT undo myself of the impression that in some way things are presented to let shareholders believe the worse, which is shareholders responsibility because PPHM will say we never said that. No, indeed, they just didn't tell the full story. As far as we know Avid invoice the 'idle fees' if any just past the end of the reported period. And still then the Q/CC info would hold because IN THAT PERIOD the negative gross margin was INDEED due to the idle time and was indeed not compensated and would indeed be a good additional reason to claim possible ATM need.

But then using an QUANTIFIED AMOUNT of cash needed makes people think big numbers, not including ZERO.

SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT!!! I just don't know what!
