Thank you, Merry Christmas to you as well.

If you’re interested in a stock, it’s best to do your own DD. Rather than categorizing the posters, research what they’re saying in their posts. Personally, I start by calling the transfer agent to obtain the share structure, and then read the filings / disclosures to get historical numbers so I can determine the percent of Dilution. Also look for toxic funding, most CEO’s claim they’re not using toxic financiers, yet the financials often show differently. Know the market makers and what their specialty is, i.e., VNDM, VFIN, BMIC, and a few more are known for selling block positions (normally Dilution in the OTC) for their clients. Research the background of the CEO and his officers, plus any other stocks he/she is involved with.

I’ve researched numerous penny / sub penny stocks, some look attractive at first but they’ve turned out to be insider enrichment schemes and I simply won’t support the scams nor the scammers.

The SEC has a very good white paper on the outcome of trading OTC Stocks, “Bar1080” shared it with us. It’s a must for anyone wishing to play pennies:

There’s so much more and everyone has different methods of research - I hope others weigh in here. If you ever have a question, we’ll try to help.
