CEO working with "pumpers" to Fleece?


Hogwash, total nonsense.
Yes, a few of us were in contact with Joe Passalaqua/CEO (AKA JP) and would share our conversations with the board, feedback provided from Joe, etc. I was one of them.... he is a good guy, very honest and kept it that way the whole time. He shared what he could when he could, and for that transparency it says a lot.

No, I nor anyone else were "working" with Joe to fleece the board, pump ATPT or any other malicious attempt to manipulate the ATPT trading patterns, whatsoever. Ridiculous, we are all in this together folks! WIN, together.

I was simply attempting to get Joe's feedback out to the shareholders so they too could understand where Joe was with his filings, what concerns he had re: the CE @ OTCM, and other information Joe was willing to share with us.

There is no conspiracy here, by any means.

So, where does this leave us?
Maurice has taken over, UN is moving in, we have an 80-1 R/S on deck, and a whole new product and company coming our way. We should embrace this and be excited/positive about it, why not? What do we have to lose? Nothing. We are here now and need to look forward, as there is truly good in this acquisition.

Lets' re-focus our DD on the new, clean up the ibox and stickies, get washed up and find out where we go from here. Let's go folks, we have a brand new company and opportunity now, in our lap, that we are ground floor on.
