Unfortunately I am not at liberty to disclose information on everything you have asked, as it may fall under insider trading. However I can confirm we are the owner of baked american . com which is an MJ based company and we will be releasing updates via press release soon.
Crypto-Currency Exchange is also involved however due to non-disclosure agreements I must honor silence until the full details are revealed in a formal Press Release. est assured, all shareholders will be very happy with the progress we have made, and this should eliminate any doubts investors have as to price action.
