I think it's coming thru, will be confirmed maybe by Friday with a 10Q? and verified by an auditor by early '18. Our O/s after the necessary dilution wont be small, but if it reflects the reduction and the previous PR's of debt payoff, then it's Kosher with me and confirms other PR's.
