False, last Friday we had 4 filings hit afterhours from the halt news and the stock offerings. Today we got a new one! Check the links above or go to Edgars! Todays is dated later and was filed afterhours today! I am so frustrated we ran over $5.00 last week and a day or so later hit $3.20 form the second halt and the offering news. I am not going to add or do anything until I see what the heck is going on. My RIOT has done way better than DPW the last 2 trading days. unless you added huge on last Fridays massive drop it was hard to see the gains MARA and RIOT had as far as percentage gains over here in DPW. I am just frustrated. At least they issued MARA shares higher than their PS was at the time of their offering they issued theirs to a direct buyer at $5.00 and last Friday their stock was in the $4's. That last offering of ours gave away DPW shares for $1.25 it makes me very angry!
