That recall is incorrect.... PP means Private Placement shares. That’s the shares that make it to the open market. The 700K was Preferred shares from a few select investors that do not have a problem with how Tony used their money. Most of them are on the board or big investors that believe in this company! Perferred shares do not trade on the open market!
