That's nonsense and utter speculation. The PR states they will include information in future SEC filings. That comes directly from an official of the company. Therefore, I would expect Marani to be a fully reporting company in the near future. The stock now has a revenue source through Peppermint Jim and will be expanding into new markets with the help and experience of Marani Brands. This stock now has direction beneficial to existing and future shareholders. It's up from here!
