Did you get that information (about the RS date taking effect around January 15-31) from IR? I ask because that's not what I was told when I called and spoke with IR last week. I was told that if it is approved that this approval would occur in January BUT would be "months" away from actually occurring because of the FNRA approval required, etc. (which would be consistent with the last RS).

Also, do you have factual information regarding any "quietly" obtained new convertible debt? Probably not, but I suppose it doesn't hurt to ask. :)
