Honestly I have no idea.

Sadly I will admit that I haven’t done nearly enough DD to really know the financial situation altogether and don’t know the exact amount of debt yet nor how much more will be needed to be converted.

I can try to read up more into this but someone can feel free to discuss this deeper and explain how much debt is left or where we are in a spitball estimation .

The way I look at this ticker , is that the company has stated a couple of times that they don’t want to do an RS and would try to lower the SS by conducting the buyback shares. So I don’t know if the OS could get up to 11 B , but it would make the buyback potential even harder to conduct in an effective way if the OS is that dramatically high .

I think a lot of people blew off or laughed at the buyback initial announcement ... but by repeatedly stating they don’t wanna do an RS although the OS is high ... it does make the buyback announcement seem more legitimate and sensical .

Time will tell but I personally became more optimistic and peaceful to hold out on this longer to see how it all works out. Even if the pps is pretty low , I can still be optimistic on a ticker and company that seems to be working on progress and being active overall

Just my opinion of course and best of luck man
