It was said they bought the shell and took the preferreds because they were there.

Total baloney. They bought the preferreds from a independent party, not the shareholders and the shareholders did not benefit. They did so for the express purpose of THEN striping and taking control of the shell....and it's shareholders.

Now they are going to dump on those shareholders....as should be expected....except they are making a great push to convince people otherwise so they will continue to buy worthless shares.
