Sure like to buy $1.48 if only for any bounce, but this kind of news must be ultimately frustrating for Sigma shareholders, to point out the lower down failure to get any industry appreciation $$, contracts $$, sales $$, takeouts $$, mergers $$, etc. btw the $1M morf? wtf...

For balance as to recent developments, let's not forget the news item posted on 3DSim's site, just one news item before their announcement regarding Ansys's purchase of their firm.
This press release sure appears to underscore the value of Printrite as validation for 3DSim's newest simulation software, Flex. And let's not forget that 3DSim isn't standing alone in their estimation of their technology's value -- respected software behemoth Ansys certainly believes that 3DSim knows what they're doing.

...but if all that was true than why wouldn't they just buy Sigma. Maybe it's true they just overlooked the awesome solution Sigma has for the industry, and did lousy DD on what companies to buy? idk

Am I going to buy me some SGLB because everybody missed the gamechanger? after having demonstrated to the world the "state of the art" product over many years?
