Why I believe no concerns about VNDM...

I believe VNDM on Level II is retail from people that bought shares of CCTL through a wholesale brokerage account versus buying through a retail brokerage account.

Without CCTL being current as of yet and having the Stop Sign on OTC Markets, there is no way any new wholesale shares would get approved to dilute CCTL. I think we are still fine. I think VNDM is a retail smoke screen. Only my opinion.
