The problem is that Lattuca fighting and not getting paid is a losing battle for GEGI and QEDN as well. Their vendors continue to get subpoeaned. The transfer agents continue to half to walk on egg shells because of rulings. The shareholders of the uncertainty of not knowing how much the judgment will utlimately be (as attorney's fees continue to increase) and the shareholders have to worry whether the contracts GEGI and QEDN enter into will be garnished by Lattuca.

So said another way, GEGI and QEDN by not paying the Judgment are also fighting a losing battle.
