Its a long story but to shorten it......they are opening a mini hospital in AZ and plan to add five more (sound familar EVIO)

anyway the inspection for Occupancy has been a bugger......and I just learned they got it !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought LIBE because of fundementals and only 14 million O/S...

The con to LIBE is its history with CEO but I am gambling he is out of the picture now........

its a gamble.....
