From what I was told their has been "ZERO" FREE TRADING SHARES ISSUED, The shares that were issued were to Tom's ex and other Family who borrowed the company cash for what exactly I'm not sure, Wells Fargo? Raw Materials? Tom G Knows, but I know they are Restricted and their Family is DEFINITELY NOT going to Dilute the float. V-Finance is selling shares for Argilus they were issued something like 7.9 Mil I believe back in 2004, the shares I heard had a 2 year restriction. Tom G has the answers.
