Jury still out on that one. Question is why is TMPS trading volumes at all-time lows? Answer is people aren't buying TMPS because they have lost confidence in their actual or potential future TMPS investments. And, they need more than fluff PRs and promises of news and new contracts to change those sentiments. Today's $0.10 Bids were yesterday's $0.17 Bids. And, likely, tomorrow's $0.07 Bids. Anyone looking at Level 2 knows I'm not making this up.
