Vic pretty much just admitted his business is trading diluted shares to toxic lenders who turn around and dump them on retail for profits.

Also looks like tricky Vic just admitted that those toxic lenders may not give him any more money in exchange for worthless shares, which is a sign this turd might be close to turning the lights out.

Welcome to OTC, where white collar crime is legal and the con men that run these companies are allowed by the SEC and law to lie, cheat and steal.
