Attention: I just spent about 20 minutes on the phone with the new guy, Mitch Sepaniak at CSHD. Extremely professional, smart and friendly lad. For reasons you certainly understand (SEC rules). We chatted about everything that has been going on recently and agreed something needs to be done about it. He said it is up to us to remember what happened even after this 10-k business is done.

Speaking of which, he could NOT tell me if it would be out today or Monday (again SEC rules) but did tell me the deadline would be met. He said they have until Monday because the 30th is on a Saturday. His view of the ****s (and yes, they do read them regularly) is that they are the national enquirer. Not sure if he had heard of ours, but I told him we do not allow BS on this site and those who do it too much will be ignored and / or banned. I told him to check it out as I was not sure if he had heard of us. He did not seem to know who TUT is...saying he had heard of him.

I confirmed that he had just started working there and confirmed that he would not have made the career move if this was not for real.

I ended the conversation by asking if we would be very happy with the 10-k and he responded by saying something like "One would like to think so".

Forgot to ask about another 8-k or PR…curses and drats. Maybe someone else can call him. He is the only one answering phones today at the office.

Anyway…Hope this helps…
