It just dawned on me that the company might be the one buying it down so they can buy large blocks. Not a very Christmas thing to do but it could be for a reason like a merger. If a company is trying to buy them they may have restrictions on percentage of company out. If it is them then we now know what they are doing with their revenues although I dont think wasting capital on a buyback is smart. How would reducing a companys capital help a company expand and make more revenue?

I am not sure I understand their entire plan yet but that doesnt mean much. They have alot of smart folks over there and so far they have proven quite savvy. I will wait to see what the rest of the day looks like
