Update 12/11/17 12:20 PM ET: Simultaneously with the publishing of this article, on December 11, TOP Ships filed a form 242B5 with the SEC for an additional $25M in toxic financing. This will continue the dilution of shares and likely continue to negatively impact the share price for the foreseeable future. The potential end of the financing as contemplated in my article did not occur.
