My first thought was to agree with Litar (God help me) about the dilution to a certain extent but the OS has not changed. In order for stock from the company to be sold it must first be issued which would increase the share count.

Also, has anyone noticed that the OS actually decreased? Unless I am mistaken, it was over 360M and now its 352M. If this is actually accurate then I am at a loss to explain how a stock price drops if the company bought back millions of shares.
