Regardless of that comment, unless they have changed their fiscal year from 10/31, the next filing is an annual report. There are no 4th quarter reports for public companies.
I think he just slipped and forgot to correct it. He 'COULD' issue the annual report on Dec 15th, but I doubt that will happen because it is larger, AND he said future filings would be audited. Maybe we will be surprised and see audited annual report on Dec 15...(not holding my breath)
