All you have to do is look at the Trades for SANP and it tells the honest story of how many 3's vs 2's are being bought.
You also see the few 2 sells ... some at 5k or $1 worth of stock!
Some are still trying to manipulate this down. Could they own competitive stock and want to keep Santo down?
Are they Shorter's?
