Red flag - ASTI non-compliant with NAS requirements.

Among other glaring deficiencies, ASTI does not have an independent CFO. Kong Lee is also playing at that role.

ASTI used to have a CFO, he quit. Maybe he did not want to be associated with Kong Lee once he saw the shady direction the company was going?
