More mmtc BS. Marginal is correct. My discussion with Nora at AOAC found that mmtc set the criteria for testing, as do anyone. If the USDA in 2008 and 2010 found the mit1000 marginal in all testing, then testing criteria had to do the same in 2009. It is real simple. If a car can only go 20mph, it will not test at 40mph, will it? This is stated on the AOAC certificate itself. Have you ever read it? It doesn't seem you have. The AOAC certificate clearly states mmtc is the manufacturer and determined the testing criteria. Not one sale occurred after 2009.
