I agree. The revised OS number will shock many. Tonight someone posted the ‘Morningstar’ analyst link which showed $17.5 mil mkt cap. From $17.5 mil, we can compute the current OS which is 3.3 Bil. (Computed as: $17.5 mkt cap /.0053 closing price = 3.3 Bil).

To roll forward from 3.8 Bil OS - per OTC Markets
- 1.4 Bil reduction per CEO
+900 mil in dilution (from 9/29/17 to date of 4Q filing)
= 3.3 Bil per Morningstar link

Thank you to whoever posted that Morningstar link. 900 MIL IN DILUTION for 2.5 mos was WAYYY MORE than anyone expected tonight … and just a heads-up to everybody … The revised OS number on 12/15 will be as of “THE DATE OF THE 12/15 FILING”, not 10/31/17. It's going to be a fun week.
