some food for thought, tonight.

Could it be that the 'idea' came about to issue LOTS of new shares, financing them in the 'FORM OF IMAGINARY AND MADE UP DEBT' therefore artificially and intentionally depressing the share price.

But why.
Let's venture a guess, or 2.

Reduce shareholder equity to nothing, make it look like the enterprise is going nowhere, give no news, updates etc, etc.
In so doing you lose shareholder equity, price keeps going down, no interest, in short, people sell, don't buy.
But someone is obviously buying the shares being sold, off the investors losses, realizing that loss as a net gain.
So, first try to wipe the current shareholders out.

But could this exercise also serve another purpose ?
Let's try this one.
By taking price to this low level, AND KEEPING it at a relatively low level, even as they'll put it in play, you are serving a hugely beneficial purpose. Having SEC OFF YOUR BACK.
At the SEC they can barely keep up on higher priced security, by default they simply could careless about marginal penny issues.

But money in the bank is just that, money in the bank.
You have a higher priced stock, with fewer shares, move it up, it can trigger all shorts of warnings.
On the contrary, release billions of shares, take it to nothing, put it then into play, with the 'professionals' create the demand
while still keeping it in a 'safe zone' and keep putting the proceeds in the bank. Easy as a walk in the park.

It is all in the works folks, dealing here with 'PROFESSIONAL
CHARLATANS'.
Come on, this ceo would never do such a thing...LOL, and re LOL
!
We will anticipate, explain it, then compare it , and all along have a good laugh.

The fun here has yet to start, guaranteed.
