Landing a 'deal' doesn't mean BVTK will have revenue before the debt forces unwanted actions. Revenue happens after the work is done, not at signing of a contract. The more difficult the work, the longer it takes. There are permits to buy, materials to order, work to be performed and billings to occur.
The bills are not the same. They are ongoing, and demand payment or conversions. It is hard to see how BVTK would ever have sufficient revenue to forestall further borrowing, thus further convertible debt.
It is the timing that is the problem. The debt is now. The revenue, if it materializes, is in the future.
Before BVTK has sufficient revenue to stop borrowing, the previous and current borrowing will come due. And that SS is stretched like an overblown balloon.
