Lawsuits are active and moving forward with MYEC

When will Ed just settle them and pay the debtors? He can only claim bankruptcy to get out of a debtors lawsuit, is that his end strategy? Sad for MYEC if that would happen. Hope he just settles them quickly and posts financials.
