And dilution is the real killer for this stock at this point. In the Sept interview Sprovieri says there was 8 million shares outstanding, in the interview two months later he says there is 220 million outstanding (with a float under 100 million), and he says many other small cap pink slip companies have billions of shares outstanding, but Auscrete has tight control on their shares. Sounded to me like he was promoting stock sales and at the same time maybe justifying eventually ending up with billions of shares outstanding.

Although we can't find out how many shares are being dumped, we do see volumes of 50 to 150 million traded each day, more than the float. You know that is not all just day traders because there isn't enough movement in the price to keep day traders interested.

A slow drift down in share price on daily volume more than the float is telling everyone there are shares being added to the market at a rapid pace, and the dilution has people running scared from this stock.
