1. The company compliance with Client requested Scope Creep is on record.
2. Then client accommodation of Company technology into revenue stream is on record,
3. Then international attention. . .is international attention: Likely motivating SEC compliance as a sales tool.
4. The CEO comes across the more credible for having navigated the troubled times.
5. The CEO can even point to the apparently bogus lawsuits, no longer contingencies, and success with still others on behalf of shareholder value.
