They might want to move up to NASDAQ small cap. But if one would spend 1 minute and 42 seconds of dd one would see that the company would #1 have to become profitable and #2 have a positive shareholder value at the very very very very best the company is years away from this, then say they meet these two requirements then they would need to meet these requirements for 3 consecutive years then they can apply for a NASDAQ listing...
