I agree the lack of info during this halt is a royal pain in the butt, though I've always felt it was the right move. If we're to go space bound, we're gonna need to blast off. In other words, I think revealing juicy info before resumption would lessen the impact of the news.

Based on available CSE reports, Chris Perry, and my own correspondence with the CSE, it's clear that resumption has been out of Vin's hands for Months now. Silver lining is more fuel for liftoff.
