With Current O/S it is difficult but if they buy Billions at .0001/0.0002 and retire them then the price target would be near to Dollar. It all depends on HCTI 's managements plan. Once the revenue starts increasing then why can't they Buyback shares?,, Seems like HCTI is going to change in 2018.
