My post is simply this...
I am betting on the law firms and the patents they represent. They have a better track record the the Company & BOD. No disrespect to the BOD.

I have used this firm a previous situation. They fight like hell to get results. Yes, expensive! Absolute WINNERS...
The patents are complete and the posters that want to bash the BOD continue, It is not the BOD doing the heavy work. It is the attorneys, and Knobbe Martin knows their world of patents. They would not even be playing if they could not win this.

It is like going to the races, when you don't know the horse your betting on, you bet on the jockey. or don't bet at all..

I have been here for three-four years based on the patents and the attorneys who prosecuted them...........
