Isn't Jeff Friedland the penny stock promoter that has problems in the past with the FCC.

Perfect person for OWCP to align themselves with - just another penny stock pumper.

It doesn't look like there has been any real DD on Friedland.

I am going to bet I will be able to dig up more information on Friedland.
