Do research Cellucci appointed two weeks ago as the Chairman of the International Science and Commercialization Board (ISCB) of the World Bank.

Sounds impressive. However, I believe the iscb was created for the middle east around 2009 or so and I found no Cellucci associated with any groups of the World Bank. I can't find a Cellucci anywhere so far. Perhaps you have the link to the World Bank's internal announcement about Cellucci?

He would be a professional, or expert, correct?
