Worrisome to any investor who relies on FACT rather than fiction.

Worrisome to any investor who takes the time to read earlier press releases and company communications and then compares the claims to actual events.

Worrisome to any investor that sees a management team that uses toxic debt to cover spending that is 30 times greater than their reported income.
