I've to disagree. Craig Ellins had the intention to bilk investors when they set up the gb sciences puerto rico operation where personal income tax is not required.

Moving money offshore in the name of investing is the first give-away.

Where is that money now? and the money that went to China for building GrowBlox? Gone in a puff of smoke.
