What if at the time our Company did the review of Songbird it all looked good, but when it got closer to the signing certain employees and obligations Songbird was required to have in place went south?? No one knows the circumstances and there is only guesses out there! There is no way besides from Songbird or Our Company what the fallout was! It’s only a guess if the seller or the buyer breeched the contract. My guess is that Songbird was no longer fit or had employees in place as the contract stated once we got closer to the closing. Rumor has it that some employees bailed at the last minute breaching Songbirds requirements... we shall wait and see what info comes out shortly with fact and not guesses though!
