It is good that the OTCM has provided clear guidance for companies on how to deal 3rd party stock promotions, and removal of the CE.

CRIW has followed these future guidelines. Also notice, the article states that the new practices OTCM will be implementing, starts Q1 2018.

So these new guidelines don't apply to CRIW's current CE, however CWIR has already done all that is posted in the article.
